with Dr. Patrick Ware, NBCT
All students have joy inside. Through the Schulwerk we seek to help them share that joy with the world.
Dr. Ware will discuss all aspects of working with students with special needs from decoding an Individualized Education Plan through working with (and without) teacher assistants. Examples of active music making with be shared and discussed. We will discuss adaptations and modifications including adaptive communication devices and adapted music making equipment.
Following this workshop participants will be able to better plan for, support and instruct students with special needs.
