Music Educators are busy people. Music classrooms and learning spaces are busy places. When busy people are in busy places the environment can get out of hand causing undue stress for everyone. We will learn ways to manage and organize our learning spaces to minimize opportunities for disruption and streamline routine tasks freeing up your time to focus on your musicians in class and your life outside of work.

LeslieAnne Bird is a music and movement educator at Stonebrook-White Montessori, in the Cleveland Metropolitan School District in Cleveland, Ohio. She teaches general music to children aged three to grade three and is an adjunct Professor at Cleveland State University. LeslieAnne is an international presenter. She has served as vice president and membership chair for the Greater Cleveland Orff Chapter and is currently serving as the content curator for the Teaching With Orff community. In addition, she is the owner and CEO of Three Little Birds Music Education Services LLC where she offers teacher training, coaching and musical experiences for children and adults.
