Educators will explore creative ways to integrate rhythmic speech, body percussion, improvisation, and elemental instruments to evoke the sounds and sensations of an autumn park.

With a special focus on adapting activities for diverse learners, including students with special needs, this webinar provides practical tools to engage all students. Whether you're an experienced Orff practitioner or new to the approach, come ready to move, play, and create in this imaginative session.

Drue Bullington teaches elemental music and movement at Brownstown Elementary School in Lancaster, PA. He teaches in several Orff Schulwerk levels certification courses around the U.S. and offers numerous workshops yearly in the Orff Approach. Drue serves as President of the American Center for Elemental Music and Movement.

Paige Seaton is a seasoned music educator with twenty-one years of experience in the Great Valley School District. She currently serves as the Elementary General Music teacher at Charlestown and Kathryn D. Markley Elementary Schools, where she teaches General Music (K-4) and AS/MDS Adapted Music. Previously, Paige taught elementary choir, elementary instrumental music, middle school general music, instrumental music and served as the Choral Director at Great Valley Middle School.

Lisa Sempsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education and a Master’s of Education in Leadership for Teaching and Learning, as well as completed Kodály and Orff-Schulwerk levels and one level of World Music Drumming. She is a clinician and workshop presenter who has experience teaching K-6th grade general music, children’s choirs, elementary and middle school strings, ukulele clubs, barred percussion ensembles, and as an Art & Music curriculum coordinator. She has a passion for sharing how to design student-centered curricula specific to individual/school/system needs. Currently, Lisa teaches K-6th grade general music, chorus, and strings at Farmdale Elementary School and is the K-12 Music Department Coordinator in Hempfield School District. She is also an adjunct undergraduate and graduate music education professor at Elizabethtown College.
