Lessons for Pre-School, Kindergarten, and Primary Grade Music Class
Roger Sams shares tried and true picture books that enhance music and movement learning and create a playful environment in your classroom, be it socially distanced in person or remote. He models lessons that include singing, chanting, movement accompanied by piano, rhythmic activities, and basic music literacy.
Included in this webinar are many movement stories accompanied by improvised piano. Roger gently guides you with instruction for how to accompany movement stories on the piano, even with minimal piano skills.
Detailed lesson plans are included as well as ideas for how to modify the activities for diverse learning situations and contemporary challenges.

"It was so lovely to see Roger and to experience his joy, expertise, and passion. I loved that you shared what you do on the piano. I also loved how you addressed what to do in the very varied teaching situations we are all in right now. Can't wait for the next one. You are brilliant!"
